I LOVE this new bedspread I picked up on super mega clearance from the final sale room at Ikea. Pillowcases, fitted sheet and outer blanket were $1 each. The inside of the blanket was $10. The pillow which was new was $3. I think I won.
I keep insisting on dressing for summer and then am way too cold. This outfit was really all about the shoes, I went to my favorite thrift store with my friend and her mom. We all scored, she found a new with tags pair of leather boots from Nordstroms Rack, her mom found these hot heels for me and insisted I get them, lol, and a really neat looking desk.

I showed this picture to my husband and he laughed louder than I have heard him laugh in a really long time (he is earning his nickname the rats have given him, Noise). Two non flattering photos, check. Weird eyes, check. Unnecessary bling, check. Weird contrast, check. Neon glowing letters, check. We’ve got a winner for awful.

I’ve discoverd piZap and it’s amazing. I can make those horrible ghetto photos, except I’m aware of how awful they look AND I LOVE IT. This was the first one I made, don’t worry, I’m just getting started. Mops as the Easter Bunny, except she looks like she is in prison and has a bad attitude about it.

I felt like I was winning this day. I wore this outfit to Kroger’s and was complimented by the checkout lady. I’ve worn it again since then, and it’s fast becoming one of my favorite combos.
