My favourite Methods for Shifting
"Alice in Wonderland" - Method
-> you should meditate before using this method as you will need a clear mind for it
-> when you're ready you should lay down in any position you'd like to, even though the starfish position is recommended!
-> you start to imagine that you sit under a tree and look at some sort of scenery, preferred one in the nature like a field or some mountains or a forest
-> you should imagine yourself in first person!
-> then imagine a character from your DR running past you, you should get up and run after this person (for me it was my best friend in a hogwarts robe)
-> at one point you'll see a rabbit hole, like in Alice in Wonderland
-> you should jump into this rabbit hole, don't be afraid of falling down, while you fall you should imagine your dr, the world you want to be in and the way it should look
-> in the moment you hit the ground keep your eyes closed!
now there are two options I've heard about, I did the first one
1) the character who you followed there will take your hand and ask you if you're ready, if you say yes you can open your eyes and you're there
2) you're, just like Alice, in a room and have to unlock the door. After you've done this you will be able to enter your dr
"Raven Method"
-> you lay on your back in a starfish position
-> once you're comfortable you can start to slowly count from 1 to 100
-> it's recommended to imagine the characters as you count from 1-20 and what the DR is like from 21-40
-> after this just count up to 100
-> when you're done counting you can say some affirmations like "I'm in my DR. I was able to do it."
-> then you have to fall asleep and when you wake up you'll be in your dr!
"Pillow Method"
-> for this one you should write your script on a piece of paper
-> before going to bed you should read it at least once! If you don't feel ready read it multiple times
-> after reading you should put the paper under your pillow and lay in your bed
-> while you're in your bed you should imagine your dr and say some affirmations, you should do this until you fall asleep
-> you might wake up in your dr!
Train Method
-> lay down, it doesn't matter in which position - but as always - laying in a starfish position is strongly recommended
-> imagine sitting in a train on your way to your dr
-> you should start imagine how your dr looks like, the way it smells there, what you'll hear when you enter your dr and you should think about what you'll do when you arrive there
-> affirmations can be used but don't have to be used
-> when you receive the sign you arrived in your dr! (the sign = some sort of sound or smell that should come up as soon as you enter your dr)
These are the four methods I've read into and, for me, the first one, Alice in Wonderland, was the most effective - but don't forget, a method won't bring you into your dr, YOU bring yourself there.
