this album is so like bar-setting. taylor is known for being a country girl gone pop and everyone thinks of her pop hits and now she just dropped an album that is miles above in songwriting and i’m sure that a majority of people had no idea that she was capable of writing this style of music and i really think this the album that really turns a lot of heads. her range in songwriting clearly has a range that is rarely, and i mean rarely ever seen in music.

Honestly the vocals sound like how it felt when your parents were driving you home late at night when you were little and you could see the stars and you know when you get home they’ll carry you inside

the false god performance was next level. i think it showed a new side of taylor that the general public hasn’t seen yet this era. it really showcased her maturity, and i feel like it proved to the rest of the world that she knows how to do pop music in a really versatile way that’s timeless and will continue to grow with her overtime.
