Will it Kill You to care. To spoil something and give a warning. Will it kill you to have compassion.

I don't even mean trigger tagging your posts. While nice and polite and kind, it is your blog, you can do what you want. And while it would be nice in a perfect world where everyone tagged their blood and gore, I don't expect them to. (But please tag flashing. You could kill someone.)

I'm talking about friends and people who say they care about you. I am talking about friends who know you have a phobia. Friends who have been around long enough to KNOW. I'm talking about how my former friends would send me unspoiled blood and gore "aesthetic" stuff uncaring for the fact they KNEW I have a severe blood phobia.

When your friend has a severe phobia you do not forget once you have known them long enough. Maybe a few times here and there because the human mind is not infallible. But not every single time, without fail.

Maybe a blood phobia is whimpy to you or too sensitive to you or whatever. Maybe you LOVE bloody stuff. Maybe you jack it to gore. That's your prerogative. But if you swear up and down that you love and care about someone, then maybe you should show it by not sending them art and images of blood and gore. Maybe that is just me.

Phobias are not "oh I just don't like to see it." It is a visceral thing. It is a "I feel it in my bones and the pit of my stomach and if I keep looking at this I Will Not Be Okay." It is not for you to poke and prod at because your friend is "squeamish."
