Happy International Watermelon Day!!! Mini watermelon blended with 2 limes = YUM!!! 🍉🍋🍋😍

A case of organic mangos that worked out to 75 cents a piece!! Yummmm 😋

Dinner: dateorade (2 young thai coconuts blended with 10 khadrawy dates) and salad with cucumber, tomato, and apple cider vinegar!

My new favorite food -- DATEORADE!!  I blend about 4-5 dates per young thai coconut (I just use the water, not the meat).  Usually one dateorade for me will be 2 coconuts’ worth of water plus 10 khadrawy dates.  YUM!!

Simple salad of romaine lettuce, guacamole (avocado plus lemon juice), tomato, and mango.  Dinner is served :)

32 oz of fresh squeezed Valencia orange juice plus a head of romaine for lunch! Got a case of 38 lbs of oranges for $34 from my local co-op!! Yummmmm I love OJ :D
