First month
here are a few things I noticed after only eating about 400/500 calories a day:
- I drink a lot more water and green tea, drinking in general is way more important for me now
- I’m really thinking about what I’m eating, I’m questioning myself if it’s healthy or if it’s even worth it
- my body became a lot more bony..my collarbones are sticking out, my wrist became thinner and even my feet are more bony
- I love the feeling after waking up and feeling dizzy because I didn’t ate for like 10/12 hours
yeah these are a few things I noticed, you can add points if you want 💫🌾

weighed myself last night since it had been a little while and I was curious – I was 97.7 lbs Woke up and weighed myself again – I was 96.6 lbs
I know you weigh less in the morning than at night, but that was still pretty surprising to me, considering. I know our scale isn’t broken either, because it’s brand new. Yesterday I did have less than 300cal, so I’m wondering if maybe that had something to do with it???? plus the day before I fasted.
Definitely feel more motivated with myself, and my tummy is also much more flatter than it was 4 days ago.
Had ¼ cup oatmeal, not sure how many cals but definitely less than 150, since you get 150 in a half cup. Don’t really feel like doing the math lmao so i’m just gonna say 80/90.
Also, before I ate I did my morning workout which is 15 crunches, 10 minute butterfly stretch, and 1 minute of jumping jacks,,,, so I guess I burned some fat too then?? hOPEFULLY
Going to try to stay under 400cal today. Gotta be careful on the weekends though, because my sister will sometimes bring me back vegan pizza from work. Lets hope she doesn’t.
Maybe when I wake up, I’ll be 95, or maybe that’s just wishful thinking.

Motivation
my go to binging tip
Whenever you feel BORED, not necessarily hungry, do this – it helps so much.
Take three bags of green tea and fill water in pitcher over the bags. Store in the fridge overnight or for 6+ hours (for best results) after the tea is complete, take out an ice cube tray and fill the slots with the tea (small enough so you can pop them in your mouth when done) Then let sit overnight or for 3+ hours.
Now when you’re craving something to do because you’re bored and convince yourself you’re hungry (when you’re actually not. come on) You can go to the freezer and pop a little green tea ice cube in your mouth. No calories and is actually really soothing, plus boosts your metabolism.

Pretty good idea, but if you have sleeping problems and mostly binge at night, this would probably not be a good idea for you. While green tea boosts metabolism it has caffeine which you really shouldn’t be consuming after 6PM. This is just my personal rule because I have chronic insomnia though, so it might be good if you have an easy time sleeping :)
you can do it with any tea. I like to do fruit teas at night :)))
Ooh that’s great :D I didn’t think of that! Maybe something like roobois tea would be good, it also boosts metabolism but doesn’t contain caffeine :)
that's perfect, I actually had no idea it didn't have caffeine lol! I'll be doing that too, then, since I have some. Also chamomile would probably be good, especially if you have a hard time sleeping -- considering it is tea for sleep ha. Hope something works for you, though 💕💕
Thinnest Girl of 2017 RULES
FOOD:
1. Try to eat 1,000 calories or less. If you want really fast weight loss, 500 calories a day.
2. Stay away from processed foods if all possible. Try to stay organic.
3. Drink about 5 bottles of water a day, the more the merrier.
HYGIENE:
1. Bathe every day, and wash your hair when needed. (Depending on the oiliness of your hair.)
2. Brush your teeth in the morning and at night. If you want, you can do it in the afternoon to. (My schooling interferes with this)
3. Use acne wash, and never skip any prescription acne medication
LOOKS
1. Wear makeup that looks good on you. If you look best without makeup, go for it hon
2. Wear nice clothes. Skirts, Dresses, Skinny Jeans, Quality shirts. If you look good girly: dress that way. If you are more of an emo/gothish person, wear that.
3. Fake it until you make it. Act like you’re skinny. Be confident, that makes you look better.
Stay Lovely, and try hard.
