Freya and Elijah Mikaelson
Ok, i usually donāt do this but i canāt sit and do nothing while my favourite characters are being accused too hard, i need to say my opinion about these two:
First, i get it, you are hurt, you lost your favourite character and at the same time you lost your ship, i can understand the anger and the sense of betray for the characters sides, but you just canāt let that cloud your mind because then you can not see the whole picture, so letās get into it.
^^^^^ We all need to remind this, Freya Mikaelson has longed her family for a 1000 years, and now that she has them they all are damaged and with death threats, she has said it: she will defend them, Michael Naruducci has said it, for Freya they are everything and she will fight for them always and forever, so it has all the sense that she puts first them than Davina, why is that so difficult to understand? she doesnāt even know that well Davina, she is her brotherās love okay, but she has gone against her family for good or for bad, this is another point, ALL OF THEM ARE MONSTERS, Davina is not a good person, she is a killer too, and yes, she had her motives but so the Mikaelsons, so whatās the deal? this show is about The originals we need to remind that too and thatās the awesome thing about this show, we all have different points of view but somethings have important reasons and that is what i going to tell you about.
Elijah loves Rebekah, that is not a secret so do many of the fans, even when she is not that much in the show a lot of people still want her so badly, what would have happened is lucien killed her? and Klaus, and Hayley?ā¦ā¦ā¦oh yes: no show. the situation was difficult, Lucien on the way, Klaus and Hayley not answering phone no timeā¦.the only thing that they could do is to use Davina because even is it sounds cruel they donāt care about her, they care about them, about their family, why they have to care about Davina anyway? Just because Kol loves her? no, I know that rebekah cared for her, but thatās different even tho she Ā and Davina had their tense moments, the thing is, even if they wouldnāt use Davina, what would have happened? please tell me. Klaus would have died. Hayley would have died. Rebekah would have died. Elijah would have died. Freya would have died. Kol would have died. and please letās donāt talk about Marcel fate, he would definitely died too, so who would have saved Davina? yep no one, Ā you want someone guilty for all? The ancestors, they are, they cursed Kol and for that he killed Davina. Freya and Elijah Mikaelson didnāt kill Davina!!!!!!!!! it were the ancestors!!!! THEY USED HER YES but they DONāT KILLED HER, they couldnāt stop to help her against the ancestors because hello! brother, sister and Hayley needed help! and like at the moment,
People not even Davina who was a very powerful witch could do nothing against him, he was protected by the ancestors, they need someone that could be in the middle, so i have seen some people saying: why didnāt they used some random witch or Kara. they couldnāt, vincent said it, Now Ā you really think that they, the ancestor would let it pass? oh sure take another witch, kill her and consacreted her and then, do that we, the ancestors use our Ā power on her for your sake, yeah sure, and like there was a lot of timeā¦.
So i understand how you feel, but it is not nice to see all that hate in my characters tags, that donāt like you either right? if you tag something so bad about a character do it JUST in the anti tag, donāt use the pro tag, i said it again itās not nice, iām not being rude with you just in case you may think that i liked Davina with all her goods and bads, i like kolvina, wasnāt a hard shipper, but still, so i get it, i know how it feels.Ā
And other thing, Davina was so insistent in Ā saying: iām not a kid! i grew up! i made choices, iām paying for that, so, you see? she herself is saying it, she was young but not a kid, she was very mature and she liked that people see it that way.Ā
Last thing and excuse me this went long: it is not correct, it was awful, but this is what the show is about, not everything is and never will be flowers. Thanks for reading!
