This guy put me through a lot this weekend. I feel like I’ve been through a triathlon or finals week or a hurricane or whatever analogous experience that tests you mentally, emotionally, physically. And, well, we went through it together so it felt like a bonding experience. After each round of yelling, kicking and crying would emerge a sweetie pie wanting nothing more than to hug and kiss and caress me. It was intense. I feel blessed to be the one to be on this journey with him - and I feel way too old for this sh$t. Sending a big holler to all my people going through their own lightning storms in life.
