Just a regular afternoon coffee with some reading. The upcoming weeks will be busy, so for now I just try to read and calmly think as much as I can

212 | Remember when I said I’ve been waking up at 7am and doing my homework. Not an exaggeration. I’ve stopped going to the library and instead am just doing work in bed and it’s been better - saves me about 30 minutes of getting up, getting ready and getting out the door. So that’s 30 more minutes to spend studying lol. 

14-15/05/17 || I had a bit of a freak out earlier this afternoon and made a very dramatic post about how I’m feeling anxious and about how I’ll probably fail, but Tumblr is against me lately so it didn’t actually post it, which is probably for the better because I was really stressed in that moment. Not that I’m not stressed right now, I still am but I’m trying to make something productive out of it and study study study for this exam. My exam is in exactly a week time and I am indeed worried, I still have loads to read and memorize, I hope I’ll be able to do everything in time for next Monday. 

3.8.18 Its a rainy old day today. I had my birthday! I’m 21! I’m studying all summer for my exams at the end of August so I’m still going! This mess is what my desk looks like today but it’s relaxed. Xxx Emily

Haven’t posted in a month lol rip. School has been stressful and I die a little day by day but it’s chill. My friend and I went to a cafe earlier to do work and I actually got a lot done. I also had my first orgo exam last week and we just got our exams back and I didn’t look at my test until hours later because I thought I did bad lol but I actually got an A 🤧😭

last minute maths stuff, heading to the lib this evening to do one last paper (also this gave me an excuse to try out my new camera ha)

there’re accounting and chinese test next week and loads of work to send ;-; anyway, hope you guys having an amazing week! 

I should call it ‘’late morning’’ but heh at least I was productive ;w;

20.10.18 7.40pm I only have 2 weeks left of my first year of med school before I head into final exams… I have no idea where the year went, it’s all gone so fast!

I set foot inside my first inorganic chem class of the year thinking it was gonna be the most boring thing ever, but boY WAS I WRONG,,, our new teacher makes it so much easier and interesting…I’m blessed :’)

19.09.18 // wow. The last few days have been incredibly hectic, & I’ve only just finished sorting out my uni room! So far I’ve had pub crawls / nights out, introductory lectures, a meeting with my personal advisor, and I’ve done a lot of hanging out with new friends. If freshers is this busy I don’t know how I’m going to cope with starting med school properly next week!
