full offense but atm I’m strongly in the “maybe” category of getting the covid vaccine. I know that vaccines are very important to get and covid is very terrible to have, and I fully support people who do want to get the vaccine. that being said, I know that I am low risk and have the ability to not go anywhere until maybe college in august. my dad isn’t going anywhere either and my mom sometimes goes out (she’s not the kind of introvert the rest of my family is) but 1. fuck her anyways and 2. when I’m with her we aren’t usually in the same room. my sister also did a research project at the beginning of this year on SARS and MERS and the potential vaccines for those but the potential vaccines didn’t help people in the long run (iirc it was actually worse for them), so I would definitely need to see how things go first before deciding if I will get the vaccine or not
