Here’s a few tips that can help you improve yourself, along with your lifestyle:
1. Eat well (Listen to your body, if you feel heavy and tired when you finish eating, don’t be shy to try new food and banished old ones if necessary and try different quantity, it may take some time before you find your perfect balance…The most important is that you find the formula that works for you, the right diet will make you satiated and give you energy.)
2. Move (Make time for stretching your body every morning & every night before you go to bed…It should become an habit and also make time to go out for a walk a minimum of 30min every day.)
3. Sleep (Don’t neglect your sleep, it is very important to improve your performance and create a balance for yourself….here again listen to your body, power nap during the day can be an interesting option too.)

EMOTIONAL HEALTH: Eliminate ALL of the toxic people in your life (Obviously it doesn’t mean you have to kill them :p …Just be careful of who you surround yourself with, try to avoid people that are always negative, discouraged, etc.. If you are always giving your time, advise, energy, support but you are never receiving back any of it, then it is an unhealthy relationship /Instead, spend time with people that motivates you & help you grow and if you can’t find these people right away then don’t be afraid to walk alone for a while, It is better to move alone then to feel trap with others…Just know that the right people will appear at the right moment )

If you follow these basics you should see a result on yourself and eventually in your life, discipline is something very important as well as willingness but these two become useless if you don’t APPLY IT everyday. Everything seems hard when it is new and will later seems super easy…Just do it.
