It's always okay not to know your label, or to forgo labels entirely! But if you know your label and you shy away from it, you are hurting yourself and others in your community. Working on accepting yourself can of course be hard, so take your time. But I urge the lesbians out there not to censor their identities by calling themselves only "sapphic" or "wlw". So long as it is safe, wear your heart proudly! You deserve it.

@my-wlw-thoughts this is a great idea! I’m gonna try to do all seven this week.

I wouldn’t say that I have a One True Pairing in any fandom, but we all know that Minkowski and Lovelace are into each other and deserve to go home to Earth and have theater dates.

So here are some ladies with my mom’s type of hair, and some fun things I could do with mine if I ever get the chutzpah to dye it. (the buzz cut wouldn’t really be my style, but I say a couple ladies rocking it recently, so I decided to include it.

My ocs Juniper (a lesbian author) and Sequoia (a bisexual comedian). Usually I think the implied nudity style is too campy (show a nipple or some hair, you cowards!), but this came out soft and pretty, so whatever.

These dryads are girlfriends; left is Willow (because that’s how you pronounce wlw) and right is Japanese Maple.

Happy Julyoween! Sequoia (a bisexual comedian) is Furiosa from Mad Max: Fury Road. Her girlfriend Juniper (a lesbian writer) is Botan from Yu Yu Hakusho.
