Hello everyone!

As some of you might now, I am the admin of two support groups. They already exist for quite some time and some new members have become inactive, so I’m going to create one new group. It will consist of some ‘old’ members, but also new members and that’s where you all come in.

A support group is a group chat with other people that struggle with mental disorders. It’s a place where you can talk freely, rant and ask for advice. We’re here to help each other. Please do keep in mind that we are not professionals: we are just young people trying to help each other.

I guess there will be 30 - 35 members in the group. This sounds like a lot, but believe me: it isn’t that much. Most people have school / work and we’re dealing with timezones too. You’ll see that you know everyone soon enough and feel comfortable quickly :)

This group chat is on Whatsapp Messenger, a free chatting app. It’s available on every smartphone and uses wifi and 3G/4G if you have that. It won’t show up on your bill.
