Took my neurological tests today. Electric shocks on my fingers and wrist, then electric needles all over my arms and neck. It hurt but I didn’t say anything. Because of the nausea and vomiting I’ve been experiencing the last week or so, I cut back on the two stomach-straining stretchercises but did all of the rest. The workout beds were crowded today. Went to Urgent Care and had a phone appointment with my PCP and we figured out the problem: I lost 50 lbs but am still taking an Ozempic dose for a 255-lb woman.
