So as some of my followers know I’ve spent the past 11 weeks working on this project.

It’s a 22 page art book based on my re-imagining of the old Japanese story called The Boy Who Drew Cats. The book contains profiles for the main characters, sketches and descriptions of key locations in the story, a digitally painted 5 part color script, a description of the origin story, a condensed version of my story, and concept sketches.

And if it sweetens the pot: Makoto, the main character is queer and is described with ‘they’ pronouns throughout the book, there’s nothing about romance, and cats. Cats are always a plus.
