I just made a preview of my images and it's amazing! Look how beautiful is the cytoskeleton in green
This was the result of a week of work, 21 blades for the immunofluorescence assay, I'm very proud of myself but still one more week to come in the confocal microscope haha
Just started a new experiment of immunofluorescence, and this time I’ll mark 8 different proteins, which is a lot for me haha
It’s a very laborious experiment but with a grateful result 🤍
Another beautiful image from my project, this time the marking shows the cell skeleton, or cytoskeleton. Look how interesting the patterns formed inside the cell, this marking is done with a toxin from a fungus, Phalloidin, which has affinity for the actin filaments of the cytoskeleton.

One of the coolest results of my undergraduate research project, this image show cells from the aortic endothelium of a rabbit with fluorescents antibodies for a protein called Caveolin (in red). I find so cool to be able to see that and how beautiful the image became. (✯◡✯)
