Hey so I dont really use this blog much anymore anyways, buuuuuut I hear things are happening now that make it not really possible for me to continue using this as a platform for my art.

Since tumblr has decided to turn its back onto half of its user base I have also decided to turn my back onto it.

I don’t want to support a site that will destroy itself in a dumpster fire to look ‘family friendly’ when you can still see lots of racist and pedophile blogs being basically unaffected by the mass flagging. Instead of getting rid of those awful blogs they’re now getting rid of people who are working hard to get their names out and to represent their communities.

Tumblr is making policy changes banning all adult content, effective December 17th. Since we have no plans to stop making the gayest, porniest games you have ever seen, that puts us in a tight spot. We are exploring options for a new blogging service that will allow explicit posts. 

Over the next few days, we will be removing all explicit images from this blog to bring it into compliance. After that, we will post a notice letting you know where our new home is, once we have one. We are sorry, it’s either that or disappear completely, giving us no way to contact fans and giving you guys no way to find us.

Strange Flesh downloads are hosted on our own, privately owned web server, and will remain available. 

If you plan on deleting your tumblr account in protest of this policy, you can still follow prettygoodbear, Blazingcheeks, and FannHorse on Twitter to hear upcoming game announcements. We’ll announce our new blog there as well.

In the meantime, thank you to all my followers who have been with me thus far. This blog has grown to just over 20,000 followers this year so it will be strange and sad to see it go. Recently Tumblr updated their guidelines for which they decided to ban NSFW content because Apple removed their app from the store. I thought I was safe from this but turns out I found a few that have been flagged for no reason so clean artist are not safe either.

I still wanna use Tumblr but in case the website decides to do a massive reboot to fix their error, I have Twitter and Instagram in case if you wanna continue to look forward for more of my work.

By now I imagine everyone’s heard the bemusing news about Tumblr’s sharp turn (towards a cliff) in its rules. About 90% of my posts here are NSFW, and I don’t think I’ll take the trouble to delete years worth of activity post by post just to save the empty husk of a blog, so I’ll keep playing my fiddle and whatever happens, happens.
