Welcome to the Multifandom & Crossover Mailbox!

The premise of this blog is rather simple. Share your prompts, requests, and thoughts so long as they are A) a Rarity (pairing, au, bio-parent, etc) and/or Crossover and B) Respectful in nature.

These will be submitted through the Ask feature and will be posted on the blog for others to see. The hope and goal is for these crossover and rarity ideas to get the light they deserve.

You might be crazy.... a crazy genius.

Considering that Violet Evergarden does have a basis in letter sending and Blue Clues does have the mailbox... there is potential there.

Maybe when Steve leaves Blue, he actually goes to become a male doll (versus being a scholar, or forgive me cause it has been a min since I've seen VE if that is the male version) to make use of his skills of writing.

Steve becoming a ghostwriter would be an interesting thing. Perhaps it is an au instead, so he grows up with Blue and when she eventually dies, Steve finds himself lost in the world. He searches for a way to continue in the world, eventually getting to know about the dolls and ghostwriting.

If you wanted a "fluffier" idea, Violet ends up being assigned as the caretaker of a, or ends up having her own, child who she teaches the art of ghostwriting. That child could be Steve or simply one that takes on a puppy named "Blue".

There are probably other things that could be done with this, but these are the thoughts from the blog owner.

There should be y/n (aka /Reader) fics for maribat!

Writers are already putting a lot of themselves into marinette and damian so why not just write the reader in? Do any of these exist?

Confession: Honestly I wish some stories stopped focusing on romance between a ML character and a DC character.

Confession: There is too much Batfamily and Marinette.

there are more characters in dc and miraculous. it kinda feels more like the crossover is just marinette and the batfamily not their fandoms. if any other characters are included they tended to be treated as dumb or against marinette and/or the batfamily

if the pieces do focus on the batfamily or marinette. adrien would be better with the batfamily especially selina. marinette would be better with the titans or her own team within the world.

i used to see other characters than marinette and the batfamily a couple years ago. now it feels like only damianxmarinette or marinette is batmans daughter. those are cool but what happened to the other things?

Scooby is a version of a “kwami” that can be shared amongst all the scooby gang. Or he’s a kwami of Mystery for Shaggy then Fred, Velma, and Daphne get their own kwami. Maybe a hound for Fred for the trapping and it’s his ascot? Velma’s would be in her glasses then Daphne with her hair band?

oh! Imagine the Johnny Bravo crossover so he also has a kwami in his glasses. The canon scene happens where Velma and Johnny swap their glasses then learn they have kwami.

Hmm what a concept...

Place this idea within an alternative reality of Mystery Incorporated. The planispheric disk was originally a complete, hidden form of a miraculous box. Each of the kwami within it resides with a piece of the disk (6 total pieces).

Jaguar, Donkey, Skunk, Orangutan, Cat, Parrot.

That list is of animal partners that the previous mystery solving groups had. These represent the different eras as well. Inspiration can be taken from the trials of the og show to get to the entity for the concepts of each of those kwami.

This obviously leaves Scooby as the "odd one out". How can he be a part of it if there are only 6 pieces? Well, if the disk is treated more like how the prodigious is (multiple renlings within one object), Scooby could be a kwami/miraculous that is meant to be summoned when all the pieces are being used together. (Kinda like captain planet but with kwami?)

Typically, all 6, let's call them, Planispheres must be wielded together in order to have the 7th Planisphere appear.

At some point way in the past the Planispheres' owners have a falling out, or perhaps if this occurs in the "og" miraculous universe the wish happens, which forces the pieces to be split and only a specific piece ends up with each of the gangs throughout the eras. It would be why we see only a single Planisphere with each up until the modern day.

As for why the Mystery Inc gang end up with Scooby, we could take another concept from the shows and mix Nova with the prodigious' guardian spirit Mei Shi. The Planispheric disk pieces being separated for so long is risking the possibility of the Planispheres becoming disconnected from their piece, thus ceasing to exist.

Scooby needs to be summoned in order to keep existing. Nova, as the guardian, uses all the magic she has to forcefully summon Scooby. In the process, he loses his memories of being the grand Planisphere. Dealer's choice for how/if this effects the other Planispheres in the process.

Thinking specifically of Pericles as the parrot. A facture in the magic of his disk could be why he starts to get corrupted. He might be the Planisphere that was closest to Scooby and as such, he gets the worst of it. Factor in his disk having the longest time since it was last activated as well.

Pericles could be the one Planisphere, besides Nova, that remembers the full disk and makes it his mission to bring together the best team to find this fellow Planispheres' disks. (Regardless of if corruption happens to him).

Once again, a dealer's choice for the outcome of this. Myself either...

A1) Despite best efforts, the planispheres get too fractured and become lost to time. Scooby's existence lingers long enough to be appreciated but, in the end, he can never truly return. A2) To keep with the horror element, the fractured pieces are melted together to make a "new disk" which is in the shape of a collar. From it, Scrappy Doo is born. He can never be Scooby. Never live up to the power and potential of Scooby.

B1) All the pieces of the planispheric disk are found, placed back together, then the corrupted energies are purified. All the Planispheres end up with permanent holders that stay around the orig gang and the ones they trust. B2) Nova realizes that she is no longer needed to watch over the disk. As such, she gives up her energy in order to make a small piece that can fit within the disk to keep Scooby company if he cannot be summoned. This is the creation of a positive Scrappy.

Why stop at that "slightly" curse idea?

Give us the cancelled Trains series that was supposed to be in the Cars franchise crossed over with Thomas the Tank Engine.

Hmm... the OG Cars x Jungle Junction? That one isn't completely the same "human faced" vehicle theme we have going but it could work.

Plagg tells Adrien that the way to a person’s heart is with cheese. Why confess with words when there’s cheese? Adrien doesn’t understand that Plagg meant that romantically so he goes out of his way to get a nice wheel of cheese to give to Shaggy. Cue Shaggy being in love cause everyone knows that his love language is food.

It is not marked for blog owner to write on so I will leave it open to others to write something proper for this. Additional thoughts and potential will be added below though!

Hey there! I am unfortunately not part of the FMA manga fandom. I do encourage you to send requests if you have them for it though! The purpose of this blog to get out the rare ideas (crossovers included) that people have for others to get inspiration from and potentially write.

As for me, the blog owner specifically, I tend to write within 1-5k oneshots. Bigger ideas can extend that to 10k. My biggest personal fic, Lackluster Apologies (MLB x DC), is 26k. Another sample of my writing that is close to this blog's purpose is a Wild Kratts fic featuring an oc on my Ao3 VelveteenLightning. Any piece written in response to an ask on this blog from me will end up there!

Remember that if this Rarity menace can't fill a request or help brainstorm out an idea, others will! We are all about trying to bring people together to support the rare things in our fandoms <3
