Process and Gratitude 🙏🏽
The past few days, weeks and months have just given me clarity of what I want in life. Today I was sitting in the bus with my playlist running and an old couple sat in front of me. For the sake of obsession with love story, let’s assume they were together. The old man with his old wrinkly hand picked up the old ladies hand and kissed it, and the only lady with all her strength reciprocated the action and my heart just melted.
it instantly plastered a huge smile on my face. When they said they would be together forever, I’m sure they meant it. Can you imagine being in love even when you are all old and wrinky and still choosing to be with the person that made you feel young and in love ?
With that, I really hope you will be my forever person, and for what ever reason if we won’t be lucky enough, I will still be the luckiest person to be loved by you ☺️

Something that gives you anxiety and happiness at the same time. lol That has to be the shortest way to explain therapy. The anxiety comes the day before because you know that you are to process and talk + feel emotions, is like NOOOOOO! But then the next day comes around and you pass all that and you feel a sense of peace slowly taking over your mind and that is Just Beautiful Makes sense why thursdays are my new favourite day <3 It means I get to feel my emotions and not feel like im insane. I feel this beautiful feeling of emotional growth and it makes me feel like i have purpose in my life. If I could, I would chase all my friends to Therapy :P
Valentines day
When I was a kid, valentines day was always about a guy. It was either about the guy I was in love with or a guy that possibly liked me who would tell me how he felt. (Straight out of a disney movie kinda shit 😂 IK) With each passing year and toxic relationship that followed, I began to resent this day by talking shit about it and wearing black in protest, as I never had the perfect Valentine’s day they show you in movies, I started to think I was not worthy of all the love and pampering that other people got. 25 years later, I wore a red hoodie on valentines day and I finally understood that Valentine's day is a day to celebrate love in your life. Family, best friend, lover, brother, sister and so on. It’s those messages from the people that mean the world to you that makes the day so special ❤️
