Okay so here's the plan.
Once a day, around noon my time, I look at the last 15 cards posted by @mtg-cards-hourly and I reblog one card.
Each card on my blog is in my limited pool. I can't cut cards from the pool. EVER.
Once I have 45 cards, thats it. I have to use those (and unlimited basic lands) to make a 40 card limited deck.

Discussion:
Okay so a lot of white fixing here, which is. Not what I want. I also thought Nature's Lore would get us at least 1 dual land, but I was incorrect, so thats probably out.
So we're down to 3 options: Awakening Zone, Mukotai Soulripper, and Dimensional Infiltrator. I dont think I'll be able to get the ability on the Infiltrator to do much, and I'm not sure how often I'll have sacrifice fodder for the Soulripper unless I take Awakening Zone. But also a 2/1 Flash Flying is pretty damn decent. The 4/3 vehicle with crew 2 is. Fine. But ultimately I think I'm going to pass.
Awakening Zone is technically ramp, and also sac fodder, but its really slow. So I think at the end of the day its Dimensional Infiltrator.

Okay! We're on pack 35 now, only 10 packs left to go. And we really only have 5 reanimation sources, so the reanimator plan is a bit thin. Then again, a 40 card deck with 17 lands is only 23 slots, so 5 of those being reanimation is actually not bad. Had my head in EDH number for a second there.
Like we definitely dont want 50% reanimation targets and 50% ways to reanimate them, because we also need some way to get the targets in the graveyard to start with. If we add interaction as its own category too, assuming they're all equal, that would be about 6 cards for each category. Looking at it that way, 5 reanimation spells (including 2 copies of Reanimate) really isnt that bad!

Its the Badlands Revival. Our Blue/Black/Green reanimator deck doesnt really have enough reanimation in it right now.
Like Ancient Gold Dragon would be amazing if we could get it on the battlefield, but at this point I dont really think thats gonna happen.
