i keep a chocolate bar in my purse at all times in case i suddenly lose all hope

i dreamt that i died and that i saw all my friends who have died and i hugged them and i was so happy

in 2017 i was assaulted while passed out drunk by a person i trusted. at the time i thought it was my fault, i was already pretty depressed and anxious everyday and it made it all worse, i handled it in the worst way i could. i could not handle social situations if i was not completely drunk for years, didn't have a single healthy relationship for years either, i didn't trust anyone, i was always scared, i was always in fight or flight mode. it's taken me a long time but it feels good to have it so far behind and to have a life that i love.
