This is me 4 years ago. Doing my first 5K. This was a HUGE accomplishment for me (one of my proudest moments). I had NEVER been a runner, and had no desire to be. I'd been on the weight loss roller coaster my entire life from trying to fit into a dress for a special occasion, to losing the weight after each of my pregnancies. I've tried every plan out there, from diet pills, trainers, Nutri-System, Weight Watchers, etc. I had temporary success with each but the weight always came back. What was different this time? ME and Plexus! My attitude shifted and I had found a product that helps me feel better over and above just the weight loss! I have energy, focus and am able to keep my drive and motivation alive! I no longer look at weight loss as a diet and a temporary thing to do to get to my goals of being healthier. It is truly a lifestyle change. When these pictures were taken I had lost almost 70 pounds during the previous year! No matter where YOU are in your journey of losing weight and getting healthy, there is hope! Don't give up!
