I do use the scale once a week but I don't take it seriously unless I see a huge difference in my weight. I officially check my weight every 12th of the month for my progress photo to keep track. However, I love using measurement because I can truly see where is the loss happen. For example, since October 1st to today, I lost 2 inches off in my hips and can fit in my jean that I used to wear last winter after my pregnancy. I measure myself every 1st of the month so I can have beginning and middle of the month update to get more motivation to keep going. #instafit #fitness #scale #igfit #measurement #weightlosstip
