Welcome to nowhere

The link above is a petition to congress to show that unemployment benefits need to be extended in this next stimulus package. Whether is still the $600 amount, a lesser amount, related to each stated unemployment percentage, or how much a person name from their last employer before being laid off or furloughed. 

Before I get any DM regarding this and why it shouldn’t be extended, I just want some to consider this. Yes, a good number on people are making more on unemployment right now than what they were making at their job before getting laid off or furlough. But this extra money is what is keeping the economy afloat and keeping essential works still working (and helping those who were temporarily laid off return back to work because of demand). 

So i guess its official...my best friend and I are no more. I know this is going to sound lame...but just found out she unfollowed me on social media. Which I know sounds stupid...but for some reason has meaning behind it. 

now granted we haven’t seen each other for over year because trying to make plans to met with her is impossible (even though I’ll accommodate her schedule to met her when and where she wants) . And I haven’t really texted to her since last March or April when I really needed my best friend and she wasn’t there and I finally called her out on the one-sided friendship. 

I think this will be good for me. She was never really there for me. When she was, she would always try to over take the conversation with her problems making me feel like I should keep my mouth shut. One of those was her marriage. She would go on about how tough her marriage is and how she’s contemplating divorce because her husband feels she puts her family more over the family they have formed and his own family and she finds this ridiculous. I don’t blame him for feeling this...for their 10 year anniversary last year, instead of spending it just the two of them, she brought her family along to some cruse. Ohh and she pregnant with their third child right now....pretty sure if your marriage is going down hill and you’re considering divorce having another child isn’t the route to take....that or you’re a f%&king liar who wanted to seem like her problems are bigger.

Its times like this I wish I had a sister to be open with and figure out if there’s something going on or this just all in my head...
