i cannot stress enough that “not being able” to celebrate pride is the last thing that should be on people’s minds right now. and if you say pride month got “cancelled” because of current events instead of using pride month as a way to uplift black lgbt voices then i don’t want to be part of whatever lgbt community you claim to be a part of.

This is not a time for the lgbtq community and BLM to have a competition, the communities need to stand strong together and maybe we can accomplish some real change and curb the racism and homophobia that plagues the world.
