M'shanta

لَا الشَّمْسُ يَنبَغِي لَهَا أَن تُدْرِكَ الْقَمَرَ وَلَا اللَّيْلُ سَابِقُ النَّهَارِ وَكُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ

It is not allowable for the sun to reach the moon, nor does the night overtake the day, but each, in an orbit, is swimming. (Quran 36:40)

Ne güneş aya yetişebilir, ne de gece gündüzü geçebilir. Her biri bir yörüngede yüzerler. (Yasin-40)

وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ

And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming. (Quran 21:33)

• Pray. • Sit on that prayer mat and pour your heart out until there’s nothing left to share. • Remind yourself that it’s okay to cry. He’s seen you crying in your sleep. There’s nothing left to hide. • Then - Breathe in. • Close your eyes and with a firm intention say, “Oh Allah, I trust that only you can take this pain away from my heart.” • Breathe out and.. • Just Let It All Go.
