OCniverse: Characters Of The Multiverse Proofs Arrived!

What is this, you ask? This is the very first artist trading card GAME to be made. Yes, its a real GAME!!!! Anyone can make offical cards for this game by joining our discord, and here is Welcome To OCniverse Vol. 0, our very FIRST volume of the game! It comes with enough cards that one could play a 2-4 player game (unlike some future expansions, which may contain a smaller amount of cards)

Preorders should go live within the next 7 days so I'd recommend joining out newsletter to get the drop becuase everyone who preorders this game can get it for $30 at most (not including shipping and depending on how many preorders, we might be able to lower the price EVEN MORE because of the crowd funding site we will be using!). The gameplay and cards formatting was designed me, MonnieBiloney, and the cards were all designed by multiple different artist collaborating together! You play as 1 of the 20 OC's, traveling across different worlds (the hexagonal tiles) looking for your specific item to bring it home! You can tell which item belongs to which character becuase the items and words all have the character card as an icon! For example, here's Mira Obsidian's matching set!

Another fanart for @tenspontaneite‘s Paper Cranes fanfic.

I always wanted to draw Hikaru & Utagawashi’s first meeting, maybe because I want to try drawing the Kariginu and tate-eboshi (Kamo No Akira and Konoe No Hikaru crossed my mind). Also the Shinto shrine.

The image of Utagawashi in my head is “careful, a bit timid Kannushi but nevertheless a pretty normal-looking man”, so I tried to draw him as such. His expression here is anything but normal though. Probably because he saw Hikaru like this due to Hikaru’s circumstances:

Sorry for the small-res… it was supposed to be just doodles anyway. Might as well my only digital inktober. As I thought, I love black and white the most. A for updates of my own life, I’ll put it on the tags where it belongs.

@kurohaai I think you might actually kill me but god, what a way to go. Like, you keep dropping art bombs on me and I am by no means complaining but I didn’t find the mental fortitude to do anything but outwardly wheeze and inwardly shriek for what has to be at least a minute after I saw this.

You’ve actually drawn Utagawashi very similar to how I picture him. I’d say I always pictured him with a slightly longer face, but yeah, that’s alarmingly accurate as it is.

Your talent astounds me and a part of me ascended to the heavens at the sight of that last bonding panel.
