As High Queen she's more of a diplomat, like Edmund. When both brothers are away, she handles the affairs

She really loves hunting. She practices with Peter sometimes.

They also travel a lot.

She likes having her hair down with flowers tucked in.

She has menagerie of birds. Though she lets them roam free as they please.

She and Lucy love doing each other's hair. Sometimes braids, sometimes ponytails.

She reads to any of her siblings having a bad day. I like to picture she did this back in Finchley as well.

She makes her own tea and stays up late sometimes.

Sometimes she cuts her hair to the waist when it gets to long (since it is mentioned her hair grew down to her feet).

She prefers to bathe in lakes and any other bodies of water to feel closer to nature.

She and Edmund love to gossip. I can see her being as close to him as any of them.

Peter has hunting hounds which he shares with Susan to hunt.
