I have always been a deeply empathic person, and sometimes, that can be a very difficult thing. It's hard to know when to love and when not to, and it often gets folks like myself into a lot of trouble and heart ache. It's hard to know limits and personal space for us sometimes. Sometimes all that love hurts to hold in, and you just must express it. Sadly though, the greater majority of humans don't work this way, and find it exhausting. Every day I try to learn balance, but humans always have to have something to learn from. Fellow empaths: don't forget to moderate.
