Jessica Paré first wore this amazing gown as Megan Draper in the 2013 sixth-season promo photos for 𝑴𝒂𝒅 𝑴𝒆𝒏. The dress was used again in 2018 at the Independent Spirit Awards, where Kristen Wiig wore it as the character Fay Fontaine during a skit for the award show. I was watching the end of Valley Girl and it just now struck me how it's nearly the exact same ending as The Graduate, but minus the extra second of footage that changes it from a love story to a tragedy.
WHAT COLOR ARE THESE #LLAMAS?? The internet lost its mind yesterday. #whatcoloristhisdress
#DennisTheMenace is really just #TheBadSeed repackaged as a family-friendly comedy.

Kim Jong-un Gets Photobombed by Two Stuffed Animals Doing Butt Stuff
Either Kim Jong-un suddenly developed a sense of humor, or someone’s getting executed.

Careers in advertising are long and hard. (That’s what she said.) To coincide with this year’s 3% Conference, we launched thatswhat3said.com, a place where women in advertising can give advice to female creatives who are just starting out. Submit your wisdom, warning, and legends and spread the word to other women with knowledge to drop.
This is my favorite project I've worked on in a very long time. Ok, maybe ever. And here's a case study for when your weaknesses can sometimes create inspiration.
I am hard of hearing and often mishear people. This is a great source of embarrassment and frustration for me (and those around me). However, when my creative director and I were trying to come up with the name for this site, another art director popped her head in and we were asking if she had any ideas. What she said was something along the lines of "my 3 cents." What I heard was "That's What 3 Said." To which I exclaimed, "Did you just say 'that's what 3 said'?! That's brilliant!"
Sometimes it's what you think you are hearing that is really the best answer.
When we bought our house, it came with this lovely red phone hanging on the wall in the kitchen. While it's active, we never use it and it almost never rings. We keep it more as an homage to this old house, and also because you know at some point there will be a disaster and all the power will be out and our cell phone towers won't work and we will have the only working phone line in the city. Well, us and whatever elderly people live nearby. But when that happens we will be fucking Kings. But anyhow, the phone just rang a moment ago and it was so startling I actually answered it out of curiosity. It was a wrong number, of course. But it was so charming to actually talk on an old phone, hang it up and then... walk away. I didn't push a button and then put it back in my pocket. I just walked away. Weird, right? I realize I kind of miss that old world. I mean, I don't miss actually talking on the phone, because I fucking hated that since I knew what talking on the phone was. But still, it was like a tiny bit of time travel, right there in my kitchen.
