I have to admit that your first question had me stumped for a while, Anon, that's a good one...

She has fools assigned to her by Ticket Taker and Jester, because they won't let her handle everything that goes into her shows and prep all by herself. She looks over the fools who handle her things with a sharp eye, refusing to let something go missing or accidentally break because of them.

As for a "specific fool" who works closer to her like some of the others have: she actually doesn't have one at all. She only uses her fools for menial jobs, nothing more. If she ever needs assistance with something more personal, she'll either thug it out or ask for help from one of the troupe members she's more comfortable with.

For your second question, she'd treat them as she would any other guest at the circus. She's professional and polite unless a human is specifically trying to press her buttons.
