I don’t remember the last time I had a moment to just sit and enjoy the chaos that is the pub life. 

That’s no life to lead, mate.

Wow. That’s quite some stamina. Does it stay interesting? I’m sure you hear a lot of stories.

I guess it is. Typically yes, sure you hear loads but it’s watching people through the night that’s the most entertaining. Watching a suited business man walk in and then end up getting drunk enough that he plays ABBA and dances on a pool table is something everyone needs.

So how long have you been working here?

It’s been right about six years now, maybe closer to seven.

I have quite a high tolerance, or at least I did, but I don’t really drink so much anymore, but… Well I think I will go for one more. Thanks.

How much alcohol is actually in this? Is it acceptable to get another?

That would depend on your tolerance, and how hammered you’re in the mood to get. If you’re a light weight, I’d say maybe you shouldn’t. Otherwise, I’d say one more wouldn’t hurt.

It’s the only decent way to think of it.
