A too long anylisis on a 2 minute video/dream of bf!4c

If you guys actually read this... hats down fr
Old kingdom gates, 4c coming in:
• shows its a dream, beggining of the time where he started to actually get to know other people
• "I'll always have your back" - Nom okay ouch
• "Yeah and I'll always have yours." - 4c subcontiously(?) believes he gave all of himself to Nom the same way Nom did to him
• "You wanna get some frog legs?" - Nom trying to lighten the mood
4c walks through the gates, Katie is walking past him, the lamps Owain built are seen(means it isn't right after the casualties of war)
- it shows katie leaving the blue kingdom and 4c joining it
• "Goodbye!! Goodbye Katie the brave!!!" - Shows their friendship, also him being okay with her being from the opposing kingdom(fine with her leaving blue). Maybe even shows him seeing Katie as worthy of her title, even before being knighted?
• "It's been about time he calls me Katie the brave, hmm. I'll take it." - I believe she said that bcs 4c kept calling her Katie the llama spitter, could show his ragebaiting and playfullness
As he walks he turns to the unfinished building and Nom appears
• "You're probably the only person I trust these days in all honesty." - quite simple, it's Nom being truthful about trusting 4c. He has trusted him from the begging.
• "Same." - a short answer, given 4c doesn't understand how trust works he wouldn't give up more.
4c turns around (could show the duality of his trust, he trust Nom, yet doesn't understand how it works. How does he know he can trust him?), Mae appears.
• "How do you know you can trust someone?" - the staple to 4c's character. Growing in the swamps, trust was a frickle thing. While loyalty and family was everything.
• "I guess you can't know for sure... but you can have a feeling." - isn't getting a straight answer, rather the answer everyone gives: a feeling. Could be making him frustrated, bcs he doesn't get it.
• "I have a feeling I can trust you." - Mae gave him an example, he still doesn't understand her. What has he done to earn her trust?
4c stares at her for a bit then, turns around. Their laughs echo.
He walks through the path to the blacksmith. Shandrea appears. In the distance 4c(with cloak) and Nom are also visible.
• "Hey 4c, you're my best friend." - not much to be said, Shan saw him as good enough to be a friend.
• "You would say the same thing to Owain."
• "Nooo..." - Shan and 4c always joked around, 4c misses those times.
• 4c and Nom are in the backround probably to signal them being best friends
4c walks in between Owain and Nom's towers.
• "Its always hard to decied how friendship works." - I think it mostly references Shan's friendship with 4c, they aren't the closest, but they're still friends. Could be how he didn't expect to trust anyone but Nom.
• "I mean you've always been here for me, in this kingdom." - 4c looks towards the blacksmith, he is saying that to Nom.
• "You say you're invisible, but you're the one person who's always there." - he looks back towards the path, told this to Mae when she felt alone (sleepover time?) He says he doesn't know how to comfort others, yet seems to always say the right thing.
Shot from a tree, 4c walking on the bridge to the castle. Mae's wall is seen in the background, she also appears: NEWLY BUILT BLUE KINGDOM!!! (thanks Misprinte for pointing this out!)
• "But what if I do not deserve that kindness?" - He hears her and sees her, they are but the same. (They do not believe they deserve the kindess given to them.)
• "I don't think anyone's deserving of that kindness." - Case in point.
• "Everyone makes mistakes. That's why you have trust." - 4c - He made a mistake and it cost him his life... Also begins to understand why trust is so important.
Shot from 4c's level, transitioning the camera to be lower. His back(cloak?) is shown and also Scott's flowers. Katie appears again.
• "I can't imagine a situtation of ever leaving the blue kingdom, ever." - Things change huh? Anways, he was so trusting of Nom he couldn't see his hands hurting 4c in any situation.
• "When are you going to start doing things for yourself?" - 4c has done everything for Nom, because he believes he owes him his life. So living the rest of his life next to Nom, helping him? Surely it's enough to show that he is greatful?
• 4c also turns away from Katie and looks down, he doesn't see eye to eye with her. Doesn't believe that she is right.
We see the castle, and Nom standing on it. The camera is ever so lower, making 4c seem even smaller, and Nom looming over him.
• "Do you think you'll ever be king, one day?" - We have seen time and time again that 4c thinks Nom is always right, making everything that 4c says (that's different) wrong. Making him feel like his opinions do not matter, in the grand scheme of things. Makes his feelings matter less, makes him matter less.
• "I wouldn't be a good king, 4c." - that confuses him, Nom was always good with leading the troups, why wouldn't he be able to lead the kingdom?
Full shot of the castle and the bridge, 4c and Nom become small specs.
• "Why do you think that? I feel like you'd be a great king!" - I mean, yeah sure he would!!! Nom wanted Katie to still be the little sister that looks up to him, he got 4c instead. 4c doesn't see Nom's faults. Yes, he sees him as the knight who went against his orders, but not like a monster (not someone he should be afraid of), a saviour.
4c walks up the stairs that lead to the throne room.
CHANGE! CHANGE! CHANGE!! (No more effects, every person is there.)
When he enteres the throne room, Graecie appears. But she isn't ghost-like, all the other apperances where followed with effects/aura surrounding them. This one isn't, this feels real.
• "It's my fault." - We're now in the time after hell and after 4c found out he told Katie. Whatever Katie told him, he doesn't believe her. It was his fault.
• "No... it's not your fault." - Camera closes in on Graecie, rather than comforting, her words feel like pity.
• "Yes it is! I'm the reason that she knows!" - The camera is even closer to 4c's face, he is not letting anyone tell him differently. Whose fault is it if it's not his? Nom's? No way. Nobodies? Well, it can't be that, bcs if he didn't talk to Katie, she would never have known.
They are at the gazeabo now. Referencing the talk they had there. (He was so proud of that gazeabo... a shame really.)
• "4c!-" - Graecie tries to convice him, but his words are louder. 4c's back is turned towards the camera, we can see Graecie.
• "I lied to him." - The camera is now fully on him, he is tuning out anything Graecie says.
• "No- you- But you didn't know!" The camera is back towards what now is Katie.
4c and Katie are now at the flower field. (That's where they had this conversation.)
• "I lied to him." - Again, focus is 4c's face. Again he is repeating. It's like he is trying to convince others, maybe even himself.
They are on the picnic towel. Red and blue, huh? Wonder if they could ever get along.
• "But you didn't- You didn't know your stories weren't alining. How were you suppose to know?!" Same shot as with Graecie: 4c's back is towards the camera.The sun is shining over Katie, making us focus on her.
• "It's- it's too late now!" - 4c in focus! Katie and the surrondings are blurred. It doesn't matter who is in the wrong, if Nom finds out, he'll blame 4c!
• "I didn't lie-" - 4c starts looking down. He came to the conclusion that he didn't lie, meaning he didn't betray Nom.
Note: When the arguments get 'heated' the blur effect intensifies.
As he looks down, the flowerfeild changes to the sibling's farkle room! (Sick as hell, might I add)
• "-I didn't." - Who is he trying to convice; Nom or himself?
SAME SCENE AS GRAECIE AND KATIE! (Soo good omg). 4c's back is turned towards the camera.
"If you've known for weeks-" - Nom takes a step foward.
"-Yes you did." - as he says that, 4c looks up. Hearing Nom, it gave him the answer he needed.
Close up on Nom, center stage! (is 4c looking at him or is it just us?)
• "You're a coward." - the fisheye lense (is it called that?) Adds to the uneasy feeling. It moves away from Nom, like those words are tarveling to 4c.
Close up of 4c now! The fisheye lense(?) Is closing up on him. Like these next words are hitting him.
• "You're a fucking coward." - He already knew that, didn't he? So why did it hurt more hearing it come from Nom's mouth? (The disbelief and hurt Nom is able to show with voice acting is nuts!!)
20,5th transitional scene?(Not a new scene but...):
The camera moves up, showing that there is no floor left and so 4c falls.
He fell back to hell. The place where he lost his soul. (Also where we got the sneak peak from!)
His screams are heard as he falls, The rogue god's laugh echoing.
As 4c looks around it's the blue kingdom members circling him.
• "I know how they truly feel.There's no point in going back." - 4c has already thought that himself, but hearing it from a god must mean it's right. It's no longer his paranoia speaking. Why is he trying to come back? Well he can't leave Nom alone. He can't do that to him. He has already been a big enough problem. He can leave Mae alone either, or Shan.
Now we can see 4c making the beggining jumps from afar. We also see the first part of the parkour.
• "You made me do all of that?!-" (Im still not really over parkour hell)
The shot widens, we are moved downwards to see all of the parkour, and the exit.
• "Pretended to leave!-" - He is realising how far The rogue god is willing to go to torture him.
We're at the top, the finish. The command block is in the foreground, but 4c is still in focus (also in the middle.)
• "-For nothing??" - True disbelief, why did he try so hard in the first place?
Camera is moved, we see 4c trying to break out using the only arrow he had.
• "Were it so easy." - That's something that the command block also said. If it were so easy to escape, 4c would've been able to do it a long time ago.
Shot is widened even more!
• "NO!" - He failed. He is at god's mercy, and The rogue god isn't a merciful one.
Nom and 4c stand next to the farkle table. (It's not really Nom, is it?) He has to play god's sick and twisted games.
• "I hope we wont meet again." - 4c hopes as well. (for now... lmao). He has lost everything, but atleast he is coming back home, back to his people.
The transitional scene, 4c falls into the water after escaping hell. As he falls it changes again: he is in the dungeon.
He is in pure darkness, the place where he lost one of his hearts.
• "WHAT?" - He turns around as we hear a crunch, yep he lost a heart, youch.
Farkling with a creaking, it's his least favourite room. It brings back memories...
• "WHAT- I LOST ANOTHER HEART??" - This time, he lost a heart because of the infection, he really doesn't have good luck.
THE DEPTHS! On the left side it's a bedrock block, we see 4c climbing towards it. As he does he activates a lot of shriekers. It feels like he is climbing to success, earning his cloak.
• "We always bounce back up." - We've learned that he started saying that when he went to the depths.
We see 4c next to the bedrock, holding a pickaxe. (If I were to guess, the trial is to see who can break it? And even if no one is successful, you still show the bravery and honor towards your culture and family.)
Of course bcs he activated too many shriekers, a warden wakes up.
• "We always bounce back." - repeating this reasures him that he can do it. Even if he fails, he will get back up and try again. Afterwards... He said that this was one of the scariest things he has done.
As he finishes that thought, another pops up, overlaping what's happing right now.
• "You have no right to victimize yourself-"
Nom and 4c are standing on The rock. They look towards eachother.
• "-Knowing damn well that we gave up everything for eachother that day." - he finally tries to stand up to Nom, he can't let Nom dirty the picture of him yet. He gave up his family, his brother, his home and his life for Nom. It is short lived though.
Nom is in the foreground, head turned away from us. 4c is under Nom, down the rock. Ever so small, as always. Never big or loud enough for others to listen.
• "Do you think i want to be here? Do you think I chose to be at the blue kingdom?" - 4c is upset. Yeah the swamps weren't the best, atleast not for him, but they were his. Nom- The blue kingdom took that from him. They took his brother from him.
Close up of 4c's face. He wants to be seen, he is trying to be loud enough to be heard.
• "I climed out of hell, for you.-" - We aren't given enough time to listen to him. The same way Nom didn't give him enough time to explain.
The back of 4c's head is moved towards us. The sun rays are overshadowing him and Nom towers over him, again.
• "I've lived through hell for you." - Nom pulls out his mace, 4c could guess what will happen, but Nom would never, would he? Nom underminds what 4c has said due to anger, betrayal and hurt he's feeling.
Nom is in the middle, yet he is still looking down. His particles are showing, he is ready to attack.
• "You were right to be afraid, 4c." - Nom believes 4c was always afraid of him, he believes 4c sees him as a monser, so a monster he will be.
Wide shot of the rock/boulder? Nom is on.
• "I want you to know that you made me into this!" - Nom is throwing all the blame towards 4c. 4c made him into this bcs when Nom freed him he had to kill every single knight he knew. Bcs of anger he doesn't realise he is at fault for that, nor 4c. The slime didn't make him help, he chose himself.
Nom jumps, he is going to for the kill.
As the hit lands, everything turns to black. Only the sound of the mace echoes.
• "...I don't think you get it." - it's the voice of The rogue god.
• "You can't die in hell, 4c."
The black fades, we now see 4c walking towards the swamps. When he stops walking the shot widens and then it's back to black again.
• He comes back to what he once believed was home, but without his cloak, he doesn't have the curage to walk up to his people. They lost his trust the moment he took off his cloak.
• In the swamps we can see big blue mushrooms, and cattails. Maybe a red mushroom in the foreground.
