I see so many people in different MLM companies (yes...even mine too) doing it ALL WRONG on social media and then wondering why they are not getting the results they want. Even most "top leaders" have got it all wrong. And the sad thing about that is, their downlines are just duplicating what they are doing and thinking that it is going to grow their biz. What the downline members are failing to realize is that most of their upline leaders were successful BEFORE social media was a thing and became successful WITHOUT using social media. They have not grown their business using social media at all. So most of those top leaders have absolutely no idea what they are doing or how much they are damaging their downlines businesses. They don't realize that they are not only hurting their own business, but unintentionally hurting their downlines businesses by modeling the wrong behaviors... Jessica and I have shown a few hundred people the right way to grow their business on social media. It has helped them tremendously and created growth in their biz. We have gotten some INSANELY AWESOME testimonials over the last few months! I was just talking to one of the guys we taught. Utilizing what Jess and I taught him, he has personally enrolled 3 people in the last 24 hours and several of his people have too. He literally walked in and said: "BOOM! Just enrolled another Diamond kit!" Since implementing a few simple tweaks, his business has been reignited and I have no doubt he will be a top earner in our company very soon. I wish we could save everyone from damaging their social media warm market network and repelling people.
