Had he had eyebrows, the left arm-head would have raised one at the tall stranger beside them. What was wrong with them? Well, where was he even supposed to start? There was barely anything right with them as it is. He sighed.

“Well, for starters, we’re trapped in here.” Then he mentally slapped himself because wow talk about stating the obvious. 

“It’s possible… but then most people don’t come t’ crossroads knowing what they could do … More likely if you’ve come out at a time like this specifically to a crossroad, it’s for a reason. Waste o’ time though. This one’s got nothing to offer,” she sighed, maybe just a hint of a sneer on her face as she unsettled the dust of the crossroads with her toes.

“Unless you know something really good for getting attention, I’d check another,” she advised.

Crystalin glanced at the center head a little skeptically. Was it even a good thing that it liked her? “You don’t say …”

“So..what are you suggesting? That we’re because of some sort of destiny?” asked the head on the left. It was half a genuine question but half a sarcastic remark. 

The confusion of the right hand was noticed, and it gave her the impression that it was indeed not a costume at all. And wow, was that head bad at hiding that. She stares at them first, watching how the sock puppet head looked so unamused down and the head correcting themself.

“… Except zhat you aren’t a vork of art but real, huh?”

Lilli finally spoke again, and gave them a smile. But even though she revealed them as ‘not a costume’ she didn’t looked disturbed at all. Heck, she even walked closer and done as offered, and took a flyer. Her gaze scanned over the piece of paper for a moment. Yeah, look, it wasn’t that well made, but she still could understand for what they were advertising. They advertised for themselves as party entertainer? Now that was… weird.

“You guys are party entertainer? Huh, not to be a party crasher-”

Yes, she just made that pun…

“-but maybe you should vork on your lying skills about you vearing a costume~ Because I zhink it vouldn’t do your business any good if your customers find out zhat it is indeed not a costume~”

The head scoffed, feigning offense."We can be real and works of art , y'know!" Of course, it was all in jest. He could hardly care what others think of them,even if it is a cute girl. There was a little snicker from the head at that pun."It's not like we're hiding what we are anyways. Not to the folks back at home at least."

The head of cloth was still, snout pointed towards the strange girl. If one listened carefully, they mighht notice that it is in fact sniffing the air.Meanwhile, the head on the left arm was now stirring from his slumber with a barely intelligible mumble.

A human hobo with a hotdog, it seems.

Chris happily chomped down upon the warm snack as he strode through the supposedly empty alley, glad to have peace with himself and his meal. Poor vendor never knew what got him - fell for the old ‘Tap the other shoulder and pinch’, a true classic.

But seems like poor Chris won’t have a clue on what’s caught his scent now!

Sock’s head made an almost 180 degree turn. Is that meat he smelled? So did one of the hand heads - the one on the right. Is that hotdog he smelled? The left head just sighed. He’s hungry, yes, but he preferred to think he had standards. And those standards included not eating hobos or their half eaten hotdogs.

She nodded at the right head’s apparent interest, but it seemed they were at a bit of a disagreement between the two. “Then … I have no idea why you’re here,” she admitted to the left head. Crystallin knew why she was here, but it had nothing to do with summoning and she certainly hadn’t called out for anything…

Narrowing her eyes at the center head, Crystallin allowed a warning flicker of sunlight to cross her skin. Though she made no move to attack or retreat, Crystallin wasn’t about to let the center head just do whatever it pleased…

“Could it not be possible that this is all just a happy coincidence?” The left head suggested. It was either that or one of them had wanted something, dragging all the other heads along. 

The flicker of sunlight only elicited a surprised ...wheeze (?) from the socked head. And then the corners of their lips curled upwards. Sock draws back.
