hoo boi! Where should I even start???

Well, at first it was really just a collaboration between @gravityfying​ and @paneyneygirl​ when one day in the midst of March 2017, grav pitched this idea of “Hey, why don’t we also try a take for a starco child? Just for fun?” to paney and she was like “I don’t see why not, let’s do it!”

AND Toffee’s an orphan/raid survivor, but we’ll get to that later.

Most of us had the theory long ago that the Monster Temple was the place Eclipsa and her lover (let’s call him Astaroth for now) lived in when they fled Mewni. Now it looks like that’s the truth, and that’s where they raised their hybrid child. But that’s not all it is…Eclipsa and Astaroth were NOT the only couple to live there!

There are statues of other monsters, all different kinds in fact- Septarians, Avarians, cyclopses, etc. -all specifically showing mothers and their babies! I think other Mewmans followed in Eclipsa’s footsteps: other Mewmans ran away from Mewni and married Monsters! That temple is a safe house for interracial elopers! And that nursery is where their hybrid children were cared for.

Now, let’s remember that we never would’ve known about this place if it weren’t for Toffee; he’s the one that led Ludo there in the first place, so obviously he has a connection to it…and that’s where his connection to Eclipsa comes in.

Remember how we all freaked out seeing lizard statues the first time we saw this place? It seems Septarians also took shelter here, or at least a Septarian and a Mewman did and raised their child here. This can mean two things: 1. Toffee married a Mewman and had a child in this temple (I theorized Toffee was a father a long time ago and still hold onto it for many reasons), or 2. Toffee IS one of the hyrbid children raised in that nursery.

🍁 Reminder: it is okay to write messy notes, it is perfectly fine to have shadows on your studyblr photos, it is okay to not be productive for a day because you are too tired, it is okay to take a break when you feel overwhelmed. You have done great and you have survived so much. I am proud of you and you should be proud of yourself too. 🍁
