          “  that’s  because  there  isn’t  any . . .  “  it  was  the  aftermath  of  her  father  abandoning  heaven  and  the  start  of  the  apocalypse .   the  archangel  looked  up --  complete  darkness .  everything  was  quiet .  and  eventually  that  would  change  in  time .  paradise  would  be  formed  after  the  fall of  her  darling  older  brother .  michael’s  task  was  to  kill  him --  her’s  was  to  reap .  send  him  straight  into  the  empty  .  her  gaze  fell  towards  the  other .  “  sorry  but --  it’s  how  things  are  right  now .  “

        she  kept  a  smile  as  she  flipped  through  a  book  of  spells ,  trying  to  find  something  new  to  work  on .    for  once --  she felt  like  smiling .  no  real  reason  as  to  why  but  her  heart  felt  happy  despite  everything  she’s  been  through .  a  soft  hum   came  from  the  new  orleans  witch  before  she  came  to  a  pause  and  looked  at  the  alpha .  “  i  feel  happy .   it’s  been  what ?  forever  it  seems  that  i’ve  actually  felt  like  a  weight  has  been  lifted  off  of  me .  it’s  nice .   now let’s  hope  it  stays  that  way .  “  

    monique  has  been  her  best  friend  since  they  both  were  little  and   davina  cared  so  much  about  the  other  witch .  friends --  that  was  the  problem .  feelings  were  developing  and  they  continued  to  grow . despite  the  small  little  argument  they  were  having .  words  exchanged --  open  wounds  had  been  ripped  once  again .  all  until  monique’s  confession .  davina’s  expression  was  a  rather  surprised  one .  “  then  love  me . . .  that’s  all  you  have  to  do .  i  won’t  stop  you ,  monique .     “  

            he  didn’t  want  to  admit  he  was  feeling  hungry .  giving  in  would  mean  he  was  weak .  and  that  hunger  alone  had  him  feeling  uncomfortable .  the  original  looked  up  from  where  he  sat  .  “  silence  doesn’t  always  mean  something  is  bothering  me .  i  prefer  the  solitude . “  finn  replied .  it  was  a  bit  of  a  lie  on  his  part  but  mostly  not .  he  liked  quiet .  it  beat  his  siblings  bantering  between  one  another  for  the  most  part .   “  care  to  tell  me  what  has  you  thinking  something  is  bothering  me ? “ 

             “   see  brother ,  i  would  but  you  and  niklaus  have  given  me  every  reason  not  to  trust  either  of  you .  “  finn  replied .  they  both  had  given  him  so  many  reasons  to  not  trust  anyone .  honestly ,  the  only  person  within  the  family  that was  alive  he  trusted  was  freya .  at  least  she  wouldn’t  dagger  him .    pushing  himself  from  the  wall  he  was  leaned  against ,  he  crossed  his  arms .  “  an  apology  won’t  work  for  all  those  years  of  suffering  that  you  had  me  to  deal  with .  i  still  think  you’re  all  the  worst .  “    

      eyes  shifted  narrowly  towards  the  woman .   “  you  are .  “  the  original  replied ,  keeping  his  gaze  on  her .  she  was  a  human .  a  petrova .  that  name  had  quite  the  history  .   finn  stepped  closer ,  to  only  sigh .  “  i  have  all  rights  to  be  paranoid .  “   he  never  knew  when  he  was  going  to  be  daggered  by  niklaus  .  and  how  long  it  would  be  before  that  dagger  was  pulled out .  the  last  time --  it   was  over nine  hundred  years .  he  was  still  bitter  over  it  and  how  much  he  missed .   “  what  has  you  so  afraid  ?  don’t  tell  me  you  too , have  some  dark  secrets . . “ 

          “  and  i  could  shut  you  up  if  you  start .  “  she  could  and  probably  would .  as  for  his  lack  of  fondness  towards  her ,  davina  couldn’t  care  less .  she  still  held  so  much  resentment  for  the  original  hybrid .   “  or  what ?  you’ll  do  to  me  what  you  do  to  everyone  else  whose  stood  up  to  you ?  i’m  not  scared  of  you ,  klaus .  and  i  haven’t  been  for  a  while  now . . . “
