Missing this place at the moment. I'm thinking we should take another trip to Baltimore soon.

Skirt Steak Special Marinated and grilled with fresh corn, bacon, asparagus and onions over mashed potatoes. I enjoyed this dinner, but would have preferred not to eat corn on the cob in a restaurant. It came off as a little lazy. Don't get me wrong, it tasted good but I was not at a backyard BBQ.

Risotto Special with Scallops and Sausage Seared jumbo scallops and hot Italian sausage over creamy risotto sauteed with baby peas, shitake mushrooms, fresh grape tomatoes and parmesan cheese. I did not even know that thing in the middle was a sausage. It took a while for me to realize what it was, but from what I'm told it tasted good.

Salmon Salad Special Faroe Island salmon seared in cajun spices over romaine and spinach with fresh veggies, toasted pecans, peach salsa and creamy avocado dressing.

Little Ducky Rice Crispy Treats Of course baby showers will have very cute food to go along with whatever cute theme they decided upon. Congratulations Lee!

Heaven! Cheeseburger (cheese on both sides) with lettuce, tomato, and mayo, a large limeade, and fries. Doumar's is the best part of going home.

Rootbeer Float

Doumar's A menu that hasn't changed in forever! The prices are amazing.

Lychees! While a pain in the ass to peel, they are really refreshing in this summer heat. Don't let the prickly skin scare you away.

Homesick for Kathmandu Thank god for Indian grocery stores. I stocked up on some snacks, mango juice, and lychees. The ridiculously hot weather in Richmond these days added to my make-believe Kathmandu afternoon. 

Peter Chang Duck in Stone Pot Duck, tofu skin, mushrooms, leeks, szechuan chili peppers -- all in a steaming pot!

Gui Zhou Shredded Chicken Chicken, bamboo shoots, green onion, dried chili pepper in special sauce.

Dry-Fried Eggplant Cooked to perfection. The eggplant was hot and the scallions were sweet.

Hot & Numbing Dry Beef SO good! And HOT! This reminded me of buff chili from Nepal, but with Szechuan spices instead of Newar spices.
