Man, I really have to finish that goddamned Mingus story when the mobile port's out because it genuinely seems to answer a lot of recent fan questions.

It may be difficult to imagine a younger, more fresh-faced Abel, but all of Mingus' goons have projects that were once intended to satisfy a particular neurosis of theirs. Ironically, each desire was Mingus could oddly understand and relate to on some level. Naturally, each dream wound up being something of a monkey paw wish, as they each got what they 'wanted' but completely lost what they were actually chasing.

I have no idea if that had been ever asked before (probably), but out of all the games you created how who would be your top 3. Characters that you absolutely love (no criteria) and top 3. Characters that you hate >:)

I don't know if I hate any of them. They all have some kind of purpose. At worst, I could probably find characters that I could've written better?

somewhere it is confirmed that Oliver only has one optical sensor, i think. the details escape me. is this because he was born without one, or did it have something to do with his DIY top (head) surgery?

(Another thing itching at my brain was the fact Rogers phone is missing a cord in both dsaf and dialtown but I remember looking into his model and seeing it had one and it got me thinking about how dialtown roger looks like its purposefully missing (like, it looks like he has a bit on his handset that should connect to it but theres nothing) ..... I thought something mightve happened to him, like an in-universe explanation of some kind, but saw it wasn't acknowledged and guessed I just overthought it.... I've since learned that the cords can be removed from both ends so i just adopted the idea that Roger lost it somehow and didn't get a replacement because he was Sure he'd find it before forgetting again ... Though it IS very possible the original photo for dsaf Roger just didn't have it or was taken out for convenient or whatever and dialtown roger was just made to match .... Can you confirm anything about that coz i loveeeee all the little answers you give for questions x))

Yeah, Harry and Joe are still close. Partly it's due to an organization they were in together. They also frequent the same bar. The way they know each other is very subtly implied in Roger's route, but obviously Roger lacks the context to really explain it. Ironically, the next chapter of the Mingus story was gonna explain this. I should get back to writing it when the mobile port's out.

The cord thing was really just done for practical reasons. The thinner an object is, the notoriously hard it is to crop it and have it look right. Even with studio-grade stock lighting, colour from the bg can seep into the object. So, having the cords largely cut helps with the custom shots. For some, I just crop the cord down to a nub. For others, I cut them.
