She doesn't "delete concepts" by default in Phoenix form, but it's more like her Phoenix form is her ULT mode and allows her to access powerful abilities that she typically can't. Deleting concepts is just one of them and even then she can't use it on a whim 😅 more like instinctively?

If Emily ever reached the pinnacle her magic normally, it is destruction personified, but being in Firebird form similarly allows her to amp her magic up to that peak, just lacking in refinement and precision, so to make it clear, she didn't just destroy Navin's arm; she deleted it from existence - ie as if it never existed in the first place. Meaning Trellis can't heal it bc as far as his magic is aware, Navin doesn't have a right arm, and everyone has vague memories of Navin having a right arm once but not entirely sure.

Unfortunately, kinda no? I have my Rewrite, Post Rewrite, and Post Post Rewrite dumps in ao3 (not a lot of it but some), but unfortunately I may end up not sharing any of it because I ended up liking them all too much that I want to use them in a future original work. Post Rewrite is def scrapped as I'll be using that plot as for Rewrite... I'm not sure. I am happy people expressing their interest in it throughout the years though.
