Which basically means that once your eyes are opened they can no longer be closed (talking about social injustice).

As my country grieves for what could have been these words struck a match in me and reminded me that the last 3 months spent advocating and campaigning for candidates who only wanted the best for our nation was not for nothing 💖🌸🌷✨
