MORPHEIA

SHINE BRIGHTLY, SWEET MOON.

I go by Morpheia (she/they), a name based on the Greek root morphê, meaning “form” or “shape.” This blog is highly devotional in nature, collecting a wide array of thoughts and inspirations that reflect my journey.

My path and practice revolve around the theurgic, polycentric worship of ancient Mediterranean deities, most notably Artemis, who dwells at the center of my life. My perspective is influenced in part by elements of Neoplatonism. While I am drawn to ancient Hellenic traditions, I don't identify as a Hellenic polytheist because I'm not interested in following a religion and I don't always adhere to orthodoxy or orthopraxy.
