heartbreak finally doesn’t have a home in my eyes anymore

the inability to read any book with four main male best friend characters because it makes me think about the marauders and instead of focusing on the plot, i'm trying to figure out which character is james, sirius, remus, and peter.

Crying the night before hanging out with your friends because even though you’re invited, you feel left out and you wake up with your eyes burning and puffy from crying and you feel oh so stupid<<<<<<

to the friend that has known me the longest, who knew i liked her, who knew i was in a relationship with her, and didn’t even ask me about it for any clarification. who didn’t pull me aside and ask what this meant about me and my sexuality. who understood immediately and didn’t even question it. who simply accepted it. that type of unconditional understanding and genuine closeness>>>>>

there’s that look in my eyes again. that look that surpasses sadness, hurt, betrayal, anger, frustration. it’s that look of being absolutely and utterly lost. where all knowledge and wisdom is erased and i’m just an innocent, naive child who is confused that people exist who can and will inflict harm. i know what i have to do to make that look go away but i’m scared. scared to do it, scared to figure out when to do it, scared to figure out what to say. 

Im so done with feeling burnt out and unable to do anything and then getting pissed at myself for not being productive enough

I love when she calls me pretty but I also know that I’m pretty even if she didn’t say it; not being with her to receive validation but getting to be with her because she makes me smile. I love smiling because im looking at her but I also love smiling because something I did made me happy.

i can’t concentrate. everytime i try to get anything done, all i can think about is her and how happy i am.

When your friend asks which fictional characters you ship and you’re like “uh, I don’t really ship characters” as your mind makes you remember how much time you spend between Pinterest and tumblr looking up fanart because your ship has taken over 95% of your brain but they couldn’t possibly understand

I’m tired of reading poetry about nature, using big words and fancy sentence structure, when the author seems unfamiliar with the topic they’re describing.

We live in a world alongside shining stars and tranquil sunsets and gut wrenching poetry and bright sun and fun piercings and smart words and braided hair and funky pants and colorful fingernails and genuine giggles and we still wonder if we’re all here by accident???
