The designer of the werewolves has come out and stated that it really hurts seeing so many people be so negative and ridiculous.

The SimGurus are not necessarily an “employee” of EA.  They are passionate members of the community who are commissioned to work on various projects.  

These are people who are so proud to be a part of something huge.

I had posted a post supporting the creator and just asking people to think a little before they post on a Facebook group where I had seen the most negative threads.

It was denied because it was “Too Controversial”. This is a group known for posting news articles on the game, leaks and so on… All while the top post was the attached screenshot.

How is it “controversial” to post support but it’s okay to post negativity?

this lil edit is kinda a tribute for us; Nove (in purple) is a new lil space oc she’s been drawing lately, and Lune (blue/orange girly) is a remodled space oc i’ve had for a while, so I wanted to do a cute space edit with them both :3

She had drawn me this piece with our Morgyn’s because…that’s how we met, through Morgyn ^^ I might make an edit with them later but this was my main gift along with her drawing ♥

First of all, it baffles me how much Star Wars is already in the game. But you know, costumes and baby yoda were bearable (even if they could add more variety in the base game instead of just put them mostly in packs), but to do an entire pack about a franchise like Star Wars is obviously a big fucking commercial move. Let’s not be dumb: this is clearly EA pushing their envelop since most of the games they pubblish are star wars related, plus they want to attract more people to play the game. But again: most people aren’t even Star Wars fan,there wasn’t an high demand of it, and Star Wars fan will be getting tired of the gameplay mode.

“Yeah but there is a story mode! Is gonna be like Strangeville !”

Ok, let’s be honest here: how many of you re-played the storyline more than two times? Strangeville is fun, but it has no replayability: there is no different paths, there is no different choices you can make (befriending the plant, using the plant for ur plans if ur sims has a evil trait, being an actual CIA agent if u become one and decide if you have to hide the secret of aliens) and once you finish Strangeville becomes like any other lot. The Sim 4 didn’t manage to make a story that u wish to play over and over, and you think they are gonna do it well with STAR WARS????

Oh good…SO YOU FORGET SIXAM?

IS INCREDIBLE THAT THE SIMS HAD THE OPPORTUNITY OF EXPAND ALIENS AND SIXAM MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY STILL DON’T DO IT. And I know, aliens didn’t do much in the others games too, but they were already more interesting in the Sims 3. YOU COULD ATTACK CITIES WITH A STARSHIP FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.

I could use the stuff in the pack to improve aliens myself in my story, but really? 20 euros???? TO GET A LIGHTSABER????

Let’s also add

1. That the last packs we got were not … extremely good. Eco Lifestyle is buggy and the knitting pack was a cute but forgettable pack, so dropping something like this is just making everybody tired.

2. They are adding packs of stuff but they aren’t improving the game: we still don’t have cars, the black sims still have ashy tones, we have children getting stale because the last packs weren’t even “kid friendly” (still angry they add mages and didnt make KIDS SOMETHING PLAYABLE WITH THEM), the re-use of animations like there is no tomorrow and many more disappointing points♡

We waited 4 years (i think?) to finally have firefighters and stairs, this is making my brain melt. I ’m not surprised in the slightest if tons of people are coming back to sims 3 or keep playing Animal Crossing, I really don’t blame them after this.

Again, if you like Star Wars, kudos to you, but I’m really getting tired of supporting a company that is making Sims 4 one of the most disappointing sims games. I just want to go back on it and have fun again.
