She nodded slowly. "...Do you... have a plan?" She asked softly.

—[♟] “Thank you,” she hums, glad that she was so willing to do this.

She smiled and walked over towards her. "So, if you don't mind me asking, why are you so interested in wanting your hair like this?" She asked. "I would figure a young boy like yourself wouldn't want their hair styled like this." She said as she slowly started to braid her hair being careful not to pull.

"You aren’t being a burden, I want to help you, so please don’t think of it that way." He sighed, feeling a bit flustered and adjusting his glasses while trying to think of a way to make her feel better. However nothing came to mind. "Uhm…"

She sniffled and looked up at him. "A-Alright. Thank you." She said and rubbed at her wet eyes. "Y-You're so nice to me and you don't even know me." She added.

She cried and shook her head. "I don't have a cell phone. He took it from me and I don't want to go back to the apartment because he's probably there and if I do go back he- He'll be angry and t-then h-he'll do bad things." She cried into her hands. 

"What? You don’t need to be sorry, you haven’t done anything wrong." He dropped his hand from his mouth. "Ah, P-Please don’t start crying."

She sniffled and tried to calm down. "I-I just feel like I'm being a burden on you, I-I don't even know you and you're being kind enough to even talk to me." She said and sniffled again.

She nodded with a small smile. "Yeah, if you would like." She said. "It would be fun." She added.

She looked at him for a second before she took a deep breath. "Okay." She said softly. "S-So do you just.. want me to call him?" She asked softly getting to the point as she felt she could trust him.

She tensed up a bit as he leaned closer holding her breath. "W-Why would you... kill him so easily?" She asked feeling as though there were some ulterior motive to his murder of her ex. Its not that she wouldn't be grateful, because she would be she just wanted to be sure he wouldn't turn on her.
