People around me are kind and caring. When I'm in a better place, I can appreciate the kindness, but now I can only afford to say a simple thanks when I actually just want to crawl away and hide from the world.

Ingin gas solo trip ke SG, 2D1N aja, tapi berkaca dari yang lalu biasanya suka ada pengeluaran besar tak terduga setelah libur (beneran libur) tuh 😇

Want to appreciate myself for surviving this Eid mudik period without spiralling down or significant mood declining. Usually the crash down will come later when I have arrived at home and trying to rest but the exhaustion forbid me to properly rest, like my body is still on alert mode. Hopefully I can manage that like I managed it when mudik time.
