Being a chef, Sirius sometimes has trouble picking a favorite food. They do love how versatile potatoes are and loves coming up with fun recipes involving them. However, if someone asked Sirius for a favorite meal, it would depend on the season and sometimes the weather.

Spring - They love fresh and bright dishes with a lot of spring vegetables. Some examples: Sausage pizza with a spinach salad on top, salmon with spring veggie salad, pasta primavera with peas and asparagus and kale, and grilled shrimp and noodle salad with asparagus and mushrooms.

Summer - Fun meals one can make at home or bring to family and friend hangouts while everyone stays cool. Some examples: BBQ chicken on the grill, Greek grilled chicken salad, chicken Caesar pasta salad, lettuce wraps, grilled peach and apricot salad, fruit salad, and lamb kebabs.

Fall - Comfort foods that help with the chill settling in, usually involving a lot of harvest time vegetables. Some examples: Pot roast with potatoes and carrots, maple-roasted squash and kale salad, pot pies, zucchini and sweet potato fritters, and stuffed peppers or cabbage.

Winter - Hearty warm foods (usually soup) to help fight against the snowy cold. Some examples: Chili, loaded baked potato soup, creamy pumpkin tortellini soup, chicken and dumpling soup, Shepard's pie, and baked mac and cheese.

Sirius has a two bedroom apartment. One bedroom is for themselves while the other one is split in the middle - half is for their desk and bookshelves and the other half is the ferret enclosure.

Ferrets are very active animals and require time to play daily for their health. Along one wall is their cage. It is big and spacious enough with plenty of hammocks for sleeping. There is a clear pet barrier that splits the room so that Bandit and Milkshake cannot climb it and plot their escape. However, they can still see everything that is going on in the rest of the room and track Sirius's movements.

The rest of the enclosure has plenty of toys for the ferrets to play with. Including multiple tunnel systems for climbing around and a ball pit as ferrets are natural diggers. In the corners are litter boxes and puppy pads for bathroom needs. There are also three water dishes - one in the cage and two placed around the enclosure.

Ferrets are carnivores and thrive best on an all raw meat diet which Sirius takes very serious. One of the best methods is to blend the meat up into a soupy mixture for the ferrets to lap up. Salmon oil is a great treat for them and Sirius will usually put some on their bellies, causing the ferrets to lick it off when it's time to trim their nails as it helps to distract them and make them less likely to squirm around and get hurt. He also has pet cams focused on the enclosure so he can check on them while away.

Sometimes the ferrets demand to be carried so Sirius has a fabric baby sling they are allowed to chill in if they want. They also have a pet stroller so they can take the ferrets out on adventures. Both of them are very well trained on harnesses and never stray too far from Sirius.

Ferret schedule aka what it is like to be a ferret parent:

After Sirius wakes up in the morning, they will go into the ferret and open the cage doors, allowing Bandit and Milkshake to come out if they wish.

Then Sirius will go make their morning coffee or tea (depends on how they feel) and will take the premade ferret soup out of the fridge, warming it up in the microwave a little.

Once both drink and soup are done, they will take the food to the ferrets and place it inside the enclosure, closest to the cage for the babies then sit outside the enclosure to enjoy their coffee/tea

Ferrets are allowed to run around and play inside the enclosure while Sirius gets ready for the day.

If staying home, they are allowed out of the enclosure and can run around the whole apartment (first thing Sirius did when they moved in was ferret proof it)

If Sirius has to leave home for work or other reasons, Bandit and Milkshake go back in their cage.

Once Sirius is home, they do have free roam of the apartment again, usually getting in Sirius's way while they do chores or make dinner.

Speaking of dinner, the ferrets will get another round of soup. Sirius makes a big batch, putting half in the fridge to save for morning. If they feel like the ferrets deserve a treat, the soup is sometimes topped with some salmon oil or with a quail egg (regular eggs can be used if you have more than one ferret and split it up amongst them - Sirius likes quail because of their size, making them the perfect treat - also small amounts should only be given once or twice a week as too much egg can cause health issues for ferrets)

Some random information:

Sirius hates the cold and cannot stand being cold. When the weather gets colder, the number of blankets on their bed seems to multiple and they will sleep bundled up under all of them.

In the summer, there is only one blanket on his bed. No matter how hot it is, he has to have some of the blanket covering him to sleep, even if it's just over his waist while his top half and legs are out.

Their favorite winter outfit is thick sweater dresses with leggings, knee high fur lined boots and of course, their winter gear - hat, gloves, coat, and scarf.

Even though Sirius is a baker, he really watches how much sweet treats he eats.

Prefers white chocolate. Dark is too bitter and if they eat too much milk chocolate, it can trigger a migraine for them.

However, if given the forever debated question of chocolate or vanilla, Sirius will pick vanilla each time.

Sirius is scared of needles. He does have his ears pierced twice and think tattoos are cool, but is too scared to get any himself.

Favorite color is tied between pink and purple.

Favorite season is spring.

Favorite animal shockingly is ferrets xD Ask them about their own ferrets and Sirius will talk your ear off

Sirius is very serious about skin care and has a whole morning and bedtime routine for washing their face, especially if wearing makeup that day.

If he falls asleep in his makeup, he will freak out upon waking and get so mad at himself.

Sirius opted out of going to college or university once they were done with their other schooling. Instead, they entered a four year culinary program/school.

After graduating, Sirius found a job at a family owned bakery and diner. Their shifts go between the two, some days working as a line cook in the diner and other days working as a baker and decorator in the bakery.

They really like being able to hone both their cooking and their baking skills. Sirius does hope to move up in the culinary world and maybe be head chef at a restaurant one day.

As stated, it is a family owned business. The parents manage the place while their kids help out, learning the ropes to one day take over.

B A Sweetie Bakery is a bakery cafe. In front of the store, there are some tables and chairs for customers to sit down and enjoy their drinks and desserts. The front counter has display cases of their treats for the day, which tend to change from day to day as the owner likes to rotate their menu to appeal to a variety of customers. They also have a coffee and tea station, including bubble tea. They are open from 6am to 7pm, but the cafe part is closed at 5pm. After then, it's mainly come in, order, and take your treats to go. The bakers and decorators wear a pastel pink chef's coat with embroidered cupcakes and whisks down the front and a paint of black pants as their uniform, while those just working the counter have a pastel pink apron over their clothes.

Continuing from this post, when Sirius and Carnelian turned 10, they too got to adopt a pet. However, both of them wanted a pet that were considered very social animals and thrived in pairs or more. Therefore, Adrian and Meri agreed that they could adopt two each.

Carnelian adopted two rabbits. The male was named Flopsy and the female was named Marshmallow.

Sirius adopted two ferrets. Male sable mask named Bandit

He is a cuddle bug and likes to chill in Sirius's hoodie pockets or hoods. He also earned his name of Bandit because he loves to steal socks or toys, hiding them in his stash places like under the bed or under dressers.

As mentioned in this post, it became a family tradition for the children to adopt a pet when they reach the age of ten.

When Tori got Agent, Kaius adopted a cream border collie that he named Gracie.

She is a bright, happy girl who matches Kaius's energy easily. She is super friendly with everyone and loves to make new friends.

It became a family tradition that when Meri and Adrian would get their child a pet at the age of 10.

Cordelia was first. She adopted a black cat who she named Starfish.

Victoria adopted a gray tabby cat who she named Agent.

He is a sassy boy who mainly sticks by Tori's side and takes a while to warm up to others in the household and to Tori's friends who come over.

After Baldur became king of Asgard, he declared that Thor and Loki would keep their royal titles of prince and that any of their children would be seen as princes and princesses of Asgard as well.

Adelram does not see himself as a prince, still upset with how Asgard treated Loki and his older half siblings. However, he does still have a princely outfit for when he visits with his fathers.

His outfit is mixed to honor both Loki and Thor, proudly showing off who his parents are.
