I was paired with Emma and had the absolute pleasure of binding her fics as part of the #storytellerappreciationfest hosted by @rogue_roxy_writes and @brb.binding . The fic tells the absolute raw side to the aftermath of the war and the trauma it placed on those who had to fight as children.

The vibes Emma wanted me to go for was dark, sinister, and moody. I hope I was able to portray it well in the design! Im very proud of this one as I did try making dustjackets and a transparent overlay for the first time using the wonderful art by @bekazimi.art

This fic was sooooo good. Definitely a top read for the year. The writing was beautiful, the story so heartwarming.

I went with the snake in honor of Lyra. I love that she was always wrapped around Draco, and kind of wanted it to look like this snake was draping itself through the cover. Though she is a rainbow snake I wanted the colors to be of night time. Idk, really for the vibes more than anything.

Im absolutely obsessed with Reylo and really want to start reading and binding more. Zoe and I had a very short conversation about it WEEKS ago and so naturally I immediately had to use it as an excuse to read/bind this. 🖤

I love the red and white contrast scenes that they have in the trilogy and wanted to this in red. The rest of the design is pretty self explanatory but hopefully I did it justice.

Great fic and im excited to read more!

I really wanted to do a sort of anthropology journal/schoolwork sort of thing with the brain as the focus since it's a large part of the fic. To add to the feel I added a table of contents and the chapter Author notes at the end of each chapter stylized as Reference Notes!

I dont have a cool Minc, so I (poorly) foiled the cover page and titles on the inside with my good old mini press.

I've been meaning to rebind this one for ages, but always found it hard to do because there are so many stunning versions out there that the community has done. But I thought it was time for me to bite the bullet and just do it. For a cause!

This rebind went up for auction during the @bookbindsforacause auction September 26th to 28th! There were so many amazing pieces that were available to auction, and Im so happy I was able to offer something small up as well!

I've been wanting to read this fic for such a long time and I finally did it! As soon as I was done I had to bind it. I really enjoyed this so so much. Its hard to find appropriate words for my feelings for it but let's just say its now definitely one of my favorite fic reads.

Disclaimer - I did take my normal photos of the cover of the book but accidentally forgot to take pictures of the typeset as well. Chelsea said, "i got you girl" and then immediately proceeded to hold a whole ass styled shoot for thr fic. And honestly. They're better than id ever take. I NEEDED a photo of Bear. It was all kismet.

Chelsea sked me originally for some magnets (see last photo for my contribution to their fridge) to add to her and her husband's collection in return for some amazing backing boards he made. But she deserves so much more, so I wanted to include this fic too! Im not going to lie I had never read this one before and grabbed it from her fic rec highlights. (Go check it out!) But im glad I did! This was such a good rec.

Im calling this part 1 of my Rug Series. In which I may or may not have been inspired by rugs. But look. Some of them are so pretty. Dont judge me.

Completed in Slytherin colors. Mostly I was thinking about Hermione/Draco matching event outfits Pansy styled for them.

Hello! Sorry I dont log in here nearly as much as I should so I didn't see this until now.

Its pretty basic! I just put down a white sheet of bookcloth or paper over my bed near a window. And take pictures with my phone at 2x zoom.

Not very scientific or professional haha.
