We are a system recognized by a therapist. We also have been diagnosed with BPD and a few other things. We won't interact with those who demonize mental health!

Basic DNI criteria applies, just don't be an asshole please! Our only other boundary is please don't interact if you're just trying to get with one of our introjects or have romantic intentions. We have a partner system we love with our entire being and would not trade them for anything.

I genuinely hate this at times. We've been blurry but a blur of very conflicting people. Some of us here right now feel like they dont belong and like they should leave, like certain people would be happier if it was fully x person fronting instead or something. But also. Frontstuck for no god damn reason so cant leave. And being more primary than other cofronts but not feeling comfortable in it or like we cant present that way because that part isn't wanted.

Gordon kicked out our shitty roommate of 3 years last week who has long story short been living rent free with us and costing us over 1k a month ontop of all the bills we pay.

And its good. We wont have to deal with that anymore and will have extra money but man. Has it been really rough on us. I dont know if its the autism or the bpd or what but any change like this even if its a positive one feels so destabilizing to our system as a whole.

Like we have been so disoriented and blurry the past like week or week and a half counting the days leading up to it. We cant get a solid grasp on who is fronting, its like a big brain slushy and system communication keeps going radio silent.

And its been so difficult to keep up with interpersonal relationships because of it. We keep replying so late to people, regardless of levels of closeness. We feel disconnected and distant from everybody. Even ourself. Our emotions keep swinging between being fine and not fine. Keep swinging between depressed and on top of the world.

Its been just so. Not good. And it sometimes feels like we'll stay like this forever. And i know we wont. But man. We just want some semblance of normalcy back - want to be able to tell who is fronting, or whatever. Want to be able to post here again without feeling awkward (because yes it is our blog but being so blurry it makes us feel weird reblogging stuff.). We want to be able to make friends here and reply to the friends/close people we do have timely without it just disappearing from memory.
