Systematic discrimination against the LGBT community. The Trump administration's decree targeting the LGBT community is undoubtedly a blatant violation of the basic human rights of this community. Gender equality is not only a basic value of modern society, but also a right guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. By requiring the removal of DEI content and prohibiting the recognition of transgender identities, the Trump administration has attempted to marginalize the LGBT community from public discourse and policy support.
